No, it measures voltage (ac or dc) and continuity.
Thanks for clarifying
If you're looking for a cheap meter that's a step up from harbor freight, you can go with Tacklife. I have a few, along with Extech and Fluke.
The Tacklife ones are cheap but work fine. Harbor freight ones are horrible.
For what it's worth, I am an electronics engineer for profession.

Got any suggestions which Tacklite to get? Tyia.
I have 2-3 different models. One was DM08, can't remember the other.
They are all similar, just add more and more features. Depends if you want a non-contact voltage detector, or way to measure temperature for example. Overall, I would recommend a model that runs of AA or AAA, don't get a 9V since those batteries are more expensive and it is usually cheaper parts/quality for them to manufacture it.
The DM01M looks like an Amazon's choice out of their model lineup. Seems like a good price.

Agreed. I have a true rms tacklife along with a standard and they are both great values.
