Walmart.com "Cancellation pending"

I put in an order on walmart.com
I wanted to cancel the whole order, on the same day, but there's isn't an option.
So I cancelled each item individually.
3 out of the 6 items cancelled.
The other 3 are stuck in "Cancellation pending", about 2 weeks now.
And it also says "Cancellation is not guaranteed. We'll do our best to cancel your selection, but you may still receive an order that's about to ship."
My credit card is charged for those 3 items
Customer Service is a 2 hour wait, even on chat.
Has this happened to anybody before?
Frustrating that walmart can't see this on their end and take care of it.
"Cancellation is not guaranteed" seems to mean this may never get cancelled.

The "cancellation pending" status was there for a couple of months, until I finally got around to ask a Walmart.com representative to update it.
I could find no alternative to contacting Walmart.com, and that is very frustrating, as you pointed out.
The good news is, eventually you will be able to get your money back, even if it means returning the items

They were pick-up in store items.
Other items on the order were "for delivery", which cancelled right away.
I wanted to cancel the whole order, and redo the order.
But, I couldn't find that feature. So I cancelled the items individually, and that's when I saw the "Cancellation Pending".
