Looks like coupon also applies to the Seagate Backup Plus 4TB, -$15 ($81.99)!
Not my ideal bargain as I've had bad luck with Seagate externals (less than 2 year failure rate) and the capacity is pretty low.
However, the price is the best I can currently find online for a name brand drive that has a decent amount of storage space so I'm in for one at $48 shipped; thanks OP. The 2 year warranty and being USB powered is what convinced me to bite.
I'm not prepared to spend $140 for an 8tb external at the moment so I guess I will make due until a decent deal for an 8tb drive pops up again...
Is this a good option for PS4?

I have 2 8TB WD Red drives that I schucked and installed in a Synology NAS. My stupid @$$ got rid of the cases. smh
Thank you! I was looking at this the other day when the Seagate with a 1 year warranty was on sale with a similar coupon. I wanted this one.. but ended up using the coupon on a new keyboard / mouse.
Boastful and Wittystring, i was also able to "shuck" mine....lol...still get'n used to that new term, i'm able to use it as my PS4 internal drive...no issues yet
I've come across alot of Seagate hard drives that end up failing when compared to like Western digital. I'm not saying that this one will but there's a high chance.
