We can't look up your number right now. Try again in a bit, or call us at 800.331.0500.
I assume you need to need to check the number is eligible first before adding sim card? Once one number is verified, you check another number then add another sim card?
I got another trouble of adding more than 1 sim card.
Edit:
Looks like you have to go back to main page where there is offer and add them 4 different times if you want to move 4 lines? Is this the way?

1. Add SIM to the cart.
2. Use the checker to check ALL the phone numbers. If you get an error on a number, try the next number, then go back to the failed one again. Click on Done Checking when you're done.
3. Click on Add Another Device. Scroll down a bit. On the right-hand side, select BYOD.
4. Add another SIM to the cart. Repeat until you've reached the number you want.
5. Select your Plan.
6. It'll ask for your address, billing info, etc.
7. It'll present a list of phone numbers that you checked earlier, and you select which number to pair with which SIM.
See attachments.

I only got one unlocked phone.
I am current AT&T, worried that if I cancel 5 they will find a way to clawback on my other lines.

Whether you can use one phone for multiple SIMs, I don't know. To prove that the phones are BYOD, at some point AT&T will check the IMEIs, either by capturing them when the SIMs/phones are connected to their network, or asking you to submit them. If it sees only one IMEI, it's not gonna fly for multiple GCs.
I ended up using five Google Voice numbers.
I played around with a few other VOIP free trial services but most don't allow you to port out unless you buy a monthly plan... And the one service that appears to allow ports requires a CC for autopay and only allows one number per trial.. AND they require that you call in even after porting to cancel the account. Too much aggravation IMO.
