And is it confirmed you have to wait 14 days to add more lines?
The14-day wait was mentioned in this post #276:

If staying with AT&T might not be a bad deal ($30 unlimited/line for post paid + taxes), but otherwise the shared plan is $140/mth for 5 lines.
The $140 data share plan is 3GB data share by 5 lines, not each line gets 3GB

Did the seller also provide you a different pin? If same pin, no change, if the pin is incorrect for correct new account number it will come back asking for correction again
Since the seller mismatched the phone numbers with the acct info & PINs, I need to provide both corrected acct# and PIN for each failed line. That's why I want to do it via Chat tomorrow.

You can check port status to see if it comes back asking for correction again...ATT seems to allow customers make correction on their own, while some carriers will need to call in to adjust wrong info

I'll wait until tomorrow and provide all the corrected acct# and PINs at the same time to a rep.
Maybe I can get the rep to resubmit and verify the results right then.

Yeah, that's fine, not in it to use the data Wink That's why I mentioned the unlimited cost of 5 lines would be okay for someone who wanted to stay with AT&T.

It depends on the carrier. With Sprint, you call in to port/activate after you've received the blank/unactivated SIMs. With T-mo, they shipped the SIMs preactivated with temp numbers; then you call to port in after you've received the SIMs. Based on a post by another member, AT&T ship the SIMs preactivated with the ported in numbers.
I got an email with FedEx shipping details for all 5 sim cards on my order. my old number is still active with old carrier. Expected delivery tomorrow before end of day

I called this morning at 8:30 ET thinking I'd be on hold for 3 hours. Ended up connecting me in about 50 min and I missed it because I didn't have the phone on me. My guess would be 8 AM ET.

Without doing a port in??
The port-in is a REQUIREMENT of the promo deal.
Flawless? Just one small hiccup with 1 out of 4 numbers rejected to port, which ATT self-corrected in 30 min. So now my 5 lines/sims are on the way, verified by FedEx tracking.

sorry, I meant manually correcting port-in.

so ATT system is wacko. I just put in order for 5 lines and one of the # was told cannot be checked try again.. and after 5 minute it passed number check.

so I'm expecting to hit bumps for my order as well.
