Just got another call back from the Office of the President:

"What we can do is give you a $250 credit for each line. And you can do up to 10 lines"...

FML only good for service credit and if i leave Att the credit disappears. Thats like essentially 1 year of free Att... and thats it. No money in my pocket.

Of course this isnt a solution for me so he's going to look into something else.
You can ask the retiring AT&T CEO to give you just 1% of his 1st monthly pension. He gets $250K each month, so 1% would give you $2500, the equivalent of 10 x $250 GCs. Big Grin

I have your exact experience. Been trying to order for the past 2 weeks. About 8 orders cancelled despite talking to tons of depts. Went to store to open account with 1 line, had my ID, scanned, credit check ran, email verified, pin verified, etc. went home placed 4 sims order, still got cancelled. In fact, I went to another store 2 more times to have my ID verified etc. And then went home to place order of 4 sims but still got cancelled (of course, I always call e-com for help when placing those orders to make sure they know the order is from me). And despite assurances, still got cancelled. I talked to soooo many people just like you with the exception of the office of the president. I feel your pain.
Now I am stuck with 1 line Att account that I am not using and a bill due today May 14/20
I opened my account in store on May 4th. Hoping to get my online orders approved after that but so far, all my orders have been unable to verified. I been back to store two more times and still my orders got cancelled.

I don't think the rewards will be shown on that site until AT&T has sent you the link to redeem the GCs and you've used it to redeem. Wait 45 days to get/use the link and try again.

What a mess. Reminder to self never to touch att deal again.

My last try of 5 add on lines was submitted this morning.
Called ecom to see if there's anything I can do to make sure the order goes thru.
Ecom said just go to store and have a manager override the promo $250 so I can get it even if placed instore.

I know what the manager would say. "Its online only so we can't do anything"

Look at it this way...you already have 5 lines in, that's 5 more than some people have. The glass is not half-empty, it's half-full.Big Grin

Could you tell us what you asked for? It looks like reps on that line no longer have the power to verify applications.
