How can you be so sure about they will honor the one activated before 14th? They will just say the terms is limited at 2 rewards, the one before and after 14 are the same promotion with same promotion terms now.
I placed my order for 4 lines on 5/3/20 when the offer was one $250 GC per line. If AT&T wants to cheat me and sends only 2 GCs, I have the following items to back my case:
* A screenshot of my Order Cart showing one $250 GC per line.
* A pdf print out of the full terms of the offer, without the limitation of 2 GCs.
* A Chat transcript in which the rep said the offer was one $250 GC per line, up to 10 lines.
* Screenshot of the offer on AT&T web site, without the limitation of 2 GCs.
Attached below are the first two items.

After 4 cancellations my order was finally placed but now I can't activate the sim and the customer service is of no help and get the usual "Visit the Store" response. Is anyone else in the same boat, if so will they honor the promotion if I activate in the store?
In live chat a few days ago (in answer to my question about activating later), the rep told me the sims will automatically activate 7 days after receipt. So it appears you could just wait 7 days. Can you tell us folks who never got their orders to go through what you did differently on your last try so we can all learn? Thanks.

Attached is my bill for 4 lines, ignore the partial bill. For 5 lines, add $20 for 5th-line access charge + taxes & fees = $27.26 for my area. About $180/monthly for 5 lines.

When i try to place the order now it does not show the offer in the checkout page as you shared. Can we still order, did anyone ordered where there is no offer written on the checkouts.

The offer hasn't been shown in the cart since about the beginning of last week, but E-comm reps confirmed to several people that the offer is shown on their end when they looked at the order.

My first order has been cancelled on 5/14 12:00 pm so I placed 2nd at 4:00 pm. I just noticed that it's in progress.
Am I good to go or still have a chance to be cancelled? Any idea?

Have you activated the SIMs ? Create an online account? Login to check and see if your lines/plans are correct?

Nobody has received instructions to redeem the GCs yet. That email is supposed to be sent 45 days after service started.

- Placed Order 5/13
- Port Confirmed/Shipped 5/14
- Activated SIMS 5/15

Cannot create an online account without my account number, which will be on the first bill.

I am calling ATT right now to see if they can read it back to me over the phone.

When does AT&T billing start? Shipping date, delivery date or activation? Received SIMs today but trying to wait till Monday to activate to reduce double billing days.

You CAN create an online account without the account number.
1. Go to this site https://www.att.com/my/#/login
2. Click on "Create One (ID) Now".
3. Enter one of your AT&T activated phone number (that can receive a text with a security code) and your zip code.
4. Once you've entered the correct security code that you received, it'll let you create an account ID. The ID must be an email address.

Billing starts the day the SIMs are activated. Make sure you login and check to see that your lines aren't split into two plans, which will increase your bill amount.

I have three orders so I know I will have to consolidate. But I was told that I can't do so until activation. True or false?
