Has anyone who took advantage of unlimited rewards before May 14 added additional lines with the new terms and qualified for two extra rewards? Are this to be treated separate promotions? I'm thinking of adding two new lines, but not sure if the rewards from the old term would disqualify me from two additional rewards.
Logically...if the new lines are considered part of the order placed before May 14, then that order can earn up to 10 GCs. If the new lines are considered a new order, then it can earn up to 2 GCs. However, we can't count on AT&T to think logically Big Grin

since ATT doesn't tell us the promotion period/offer code, no way we can find out if the new term counts as a new promotion or a modification to existing promo. Remember that ATT can modify/alter or terminate the offer anytime, so I would consider the limitation of 2 reward cards is a modification to the existing promotion....

I started att service 05/20 and I contacted att reward center thru chat on 06/24 ...Reward card was not attached ...they created one for me and $250 rewards card showed up on 06/25 in reward status ...

If any one reward card not showing up in your status after 30 days ...reach out to att reward center chat service...they will create one

Any idea how to talk to the chat rep if they insist on the limit of 2 reward cards per account if I signed up earlier before the new terms came into effect?
I placed my order for 4 lines on 5/3 and the Reward Chat rep didn't give me any troubles before issuing 4 rewards on 6/16. If she did, I have a screenshot of my shopping cart with 4 offers to back my case.
FWIW, my screenshot has no personalized info. You could use it to back your case.

What do you mean by added in the system? I was told monday that they have manually added my rewards, but still i cant see anything on rewards site, nor have i gotten any email. When did you start seeing your rebate on rewards website?
Did you try using phone number and zip code when you search for rewards? If it is still not showing, chat with them again. same thing happened to me.they did not approve the reward first time(they said approved, but they missed it somehow) , then I had to chat again to get them approved/processed.

Thank you! I chatted with the rep and processed my 5 lines manually. Hopefully that goes through without a hitch.

Makes sense. It doesn't help that the promotion stopped appearing in the cart. The initial promotion ending period was advertised as May 14th though. ATT does mention they reserve the right to end or modify the promotion terms. However, they never modified the unlimited promotion, they just advertised the ending period for the promotion and ended it. At the time no one knew what was coming after the 14th. The next day a "similar" promotion, but with limits was launched 😅.

I placed my order yesterday and got an email now saying my order is cancelled because they could not verify if the order really came from me. Should I try placing an order again? Any suggestions please?

I got a hard pull with my first order on 5/1 which was cancelled. No hard pull when I reorder on 5/3.

My 1st order on 5/1 was cancelled for the same reason on 5/2. I placed the order again on 5/3 then called E-comm at 866-267-4510 and asked them to check the order and confirm my SSN and billing address. That order got approved. However, doing that does not guarantee approval.
