I received just one card so far today. All 4 have same mailing date. Now I'm worrisome...😛
With acct #1, we claimed 4 cards but got only 3 email that they were sent. Thankfully all 4 cards showed up on the same day.

I did not receive any email. I checked it at reward center early while at work and saw that all have been mailed on 6/28. I didn't think it will be here today. Just went to mailbox and see it. Open to find out it was ATT reward card. Hopefully the other 3 would show up tomorrow.

I saw your messages about you got emails. May be some people are not getting emails like me. I registered for 3 numbers out of 6, I didn't get any emails, but I received all cards.

When porting from Sprint should I specify my current carrier as Sprint or TMobile? My application is getting denied at the time of porting so I am not sure if I need to chose TMobile as my current carrier? Any suggestions please?

Specify your current carrier as Sprint. Although legally they've merged, Sprint still does business under its own name. It's similar to Chevrolet being a subsidiary of General Motors, but you don't call a Chevy a GMC vehicle.

I am trying to port from Sprint (4 lines) to ATT and they are cancelling the order after a day. I have tried 3 times and all the orders got cancelled. Called eComm number and they say the backend team will review and update the status but they are not transferring the call.

Its been annoying why they are cancelling the order. Any suggestions on how to deal in this case.

Note: All the Sprint connections are under one account and on my name and ATT order is also on my name.

"In Progress" is good news, meaning AT&T is in the process of porting your numbers. You won't see your service with your current carrier deactivated until you've received the AT&T SIMs and activate them. That way, you won't be out of cell phone service while the SIMs are in transit.

Go to this site to check the status of the porting: https://www.att.com/port/lnpEntryWeb.do

If there's no problem with the porting, you'll see an estimated time when the porting will complete, and AT&T will send an email saying the SIMs are being shipped.

If there's a problem with the porting, the site will tell you what the problem is. When I ported in using Boost numbers bought on Ebay, the seller messed up the acct#, PIN on a few numbers and I had to correct them, one field at a time.
