It WAS 5 per account. Later last month they changed it to 2 per account. AND now to my surprise as per the chat with att rep, it is now 1 per account Frown

Is it 2 Max or can we still get 5 cards if I sign up today?

Could someone please clarify:
I already have one Att line opened a month back and still waiting for the reward card. If I now add another line, will i be eligible for another visa card? What if I close the first primary line asap after receiving the 1st visa card.

EDIT: Just talked to chat rep and he mentioned that as per updated terms, now its only 1 visa card per account Frown
The terms on their website still say "two per account" so screenshot it quick if you want recourse.

We're you still able to qualify for the $250 rebate in store after betting denied online? I'm about to go into the store as well due to having to show verification.

I just want to make sure I get the rebate still.
I'm not eligible for $250 rewards if I add lines instore

I have no ideas. That order was under my wife's name and her credit score is around 770.

I ported all the lines out of my acct #1 this morning, and now AT&T has auto-cancelled it (see attachment). I can still log into the account and look around.

I was checking out the FAQs on how to cancel or suspend service at this link:
https://www.att.com/support/artic.../KM1257040

Sounds like you'll still get charged the same when suspending a line:
Your bill responsibilities when you suspend service or block a device
Monthly fees for your plan, features, and installment agreements continue, if applicable. To learn how to cancel third-party subscriptions, go to manage mobile purchases and subscriptions.
So what is the account PIN to port out? Passcode, right?
TIA brother!

It's better to talk rep once again. But it's very difficult to find out missing rewards are associated with which phone numbers. They may help you

Need your suggestion regarding port in issue.

I submitted for two lines with CC and one number is showing as port in complete and other one is with below status. I called ECOMM backdoor number 866-267-4510 from wiki and she did manual verification with last four digit Social and conveyed that everything looks good and it will be processed in 24 hours. Is it valid statement after manual process? TIA.

Your number transfer/port request has been submitted to your previous service provider. A response has not been received.

Your port status is:In Progress
