After 40 days or so from activation date, go to the Reward Center site https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx
Use the Contact Us-->Chat option (only available M-F from 7AM to 7PM Central) and request your $250 rewards. About 2-3 days after the rep submitted your rewards, log in with your phone numbers and zip code to claim the rewards. Each line has its own login (phone number & zip code).
hpham, I knew you might be answered below question. Using mobile now and not able to do search thread.

My account is created with two lines and merged to one plan. Is it possible to port in again two numbers and create new account under same social and address?.

Tcb came back today for my missing att cashback and they said that att rejected it for invalid order. Whatever that means, total bs from att and tcb. Lost $300 in cashback.

I have two accounts with different names, SSN (wife's and mine) and same street address. Someone here reported opening more than one accounts using same name, SSN, and address. I wouldn't think it's that easy to circumvent the 2-GC limit.

Sure. Got your point. Unnecessarily giving chances for rejection. I will move those lines to TF or h2o. Thanks.

See post #2095.
Thanks missed the reply from him. So started with wife account, chatted and explain the situation and requested to chat with supervisor. Supervisor saw order notes that were place immediately after placing 2nd order and assured me that notes have been added to not cancel order blah blah blah. Sweet

Then did exactly the same thing for my account, stupidvisor said notes can't be added to orders, only thing to do is wait 24 hrs and if order is cancelled again to just go to my local store, nothing he or anybody can do. ???

Is my reward status normal? There's no update for almost two weeks.
It said the estimated mail date is July 2. But I didn't get any confirmation email.

I checked through the list of mobile phones applicable - all US versions and some of them latest.
Does AT&T allow international version phones ...like for example phones from singapore/india . I have LG Q6 international version dual sim purchased in amazon . Wondering whether this phone could be used in this BYOD.

A few questions for hpham_53...
I just rec'd my 5 cards yesterday evening (July 7). Like you, 4 lines were via same Ebay port info seller. These 4 lines on the shared 3GB plan, activated May 8. I was charged via autopay on June 12 for 2 months service (up to July 5).

The other 1 line is my main line, which I ported in from prior carrier, but intend to keep with ATT.

BUT... Today is the July 8th and my billing cycle on the 4 shared lines is June 5 - July 6 (I'm now 2 days past). So I presume my autopay will be charged for month 3 (July 6 to Aug 5) on July 12, correct?
I assume I'll now be charged (prorated, correct?) for just July 6 to July 8 (2 days) if I close out my 4 lines today. Advice welcome, esp regarding autopay.

I saw you ported out your ATT lines to H20. Can I simply call & close the 4-lines shared ATT acct or is there a benefit/advantage of porting the 4 lines out? Confused a bunch on that part.

I need to cash the cards out asap today. Safe to close accts prior to cards cashed out or no?

Not sure if my Food4Less (Kroger affiliate) will do a money order on all 5 cards, or any, yet. My other planned options are see if my bank will do a fee-less deposit/payment towards credit card balance. I have PayPal, but not Venmo, but it appears PayPal charges fees on debit card transfers(?).

My initial port/order for sim card was canceled. After it was canceled, I initiated another port/order for the SIM. I just received a cancellation email for the SIM card, but checking on the port status of the phone number, it is showing port to ATT complete. Does it means the port to ATT is done even though the order for the SIM card is canceled? Anyone else have similar issue?
Complete means ATT checked the carrier info you provided, and the previous carrier approved to port. But the actual porting process only happens when you activate your new ATT sim card.

As long as your phone can make/receive calls/texts with an AT&T BYOD SIM, it'll be accepted. AT&T will capture the phone's IMEI when it connects to their network. I used several old phones (LG Phoenix 2, LG G3, Lumia 640, LG G6) for my acct #1. AT&T displayed the makes/models of some of those phones, and Unknown Device for the other phones. Got all 4 GCs without problem.

A few questions for hpham_53...
1. I don't think AT&T will prorate the last bill. Best to ask a chat rep.
2. I ported out instead of calling in to cancel because I don't want to suffer through their Retention rep's effort to get me to stay. Also, I've read posts that some carrier like Sprint will say they'll cancel your lines but actually leave them active and keep billing you, despite repeated calls. If the lines are ported out, they have nothing to charge you for.
3. Once you've received the GCs and activate them (the $250 is not loaded to a card until you've activated it), it's safe to port-out/cancel the line.

If this is the case, I will need to go into an ATT store to get a SIM. I wonder why the order for the SIM was canceled.

You can get a SIM at the store, but if there's no line/phone number assigned by AT&T to that SIM, it's not going to do you any good. The SIMs shipped by AT&T have port-in numbers pre-assigned to them.
