I understand that both lines are in the same account, but are they in the same PLAN? Click on Plan Details and see if it shows One Plan with 2 lines, or Two Plans each with 1 line.
It shows one plan with 2 lines.

Is my reward status normal? There's no update for almost two weeks.
It said the estimated mail date is July 2. But I didn't get any confirmation email.

That's good. AT&T has a nasty habit of splitting multiple lines into 2 plans which increases the cost.

I'd contact Reward Center and ask when/if the card was mailed. My cards' actual (not estimated) mail date was 5 days after approval date, and I received them 2 days after mailed date.

Thanks. The CS said the card was actually mailed out from the bank yesterday.

I received bill today for 3rd month, it's only $1.34. I have cancelled all lines before the end of billing cycle. Even you cancelled/ported-out all lines login and check if they charge you.

My 3rd service period would have started on 7/6. I ported out all 4 lines by 6/28. No charges after that. The attachment shows my account status as of today 7/8.

Here's the rest of my screenshot. My bill period starts 2 days behind yours. Now I remember that although I activated the lines on 5/6, they had a 2-day partial bill, then a full month started on 5/8. I'll keep an eye on my account for the next few days.

It probably takes PhDs in Mathematics and Accounting to understand the billing methods used by these postpaid phone carriers. Confused

After 40 days or so from activation date, go to the Reward Center site https://rewardcenter.att.com/home.aspx
Use the Contact Us-->Chat option (only available M-F from 7AM to 7PM Central) and request your $250 rewards. About 2-3 days after the rep submitted your rewards, log in with your phone numbers and zip code to claim the rewards. Each line has its own login (phone number & zip code).

Contact ATT Reward Center team, they should help right away. If one doesn't help, give a try again after some time...For me, it worked first time and I already received cards, transferred all money to Bank (used Venmo)...
Thank you both. I called the ATT Reward center and the rep helped me put through the reward cards through (two cards for two lines). It should show up on the ATT Reward center tracker information in couple of days and hopefully receive the cards in the next 3/4 weeks or before. One thing to note from my experience was to call instead of chat. When I first contacted Rewards center via chat (twice), they couldn't do anything as the rep wasnt able to find my account/phone in their system and directed me to the ATT customer service which went into a loop, shunting from one dept to another, everyone giving their own theory (total 4 chat discussion, three phone calls). Ended up with the loyalty team yesterday and they wanted me to call rewards center (not chat). Just now hung up the phone with the reward center. Initially she wasnt able to find my details as well and then she had to my pull my order details, etc., and get that pushed through for rewards. ATT is proving everyday how inept they are. I dont think I will last with ATT for many days after I cash the rewards card!

I had two Chat sessions with AT&T Reward Center for my two accounts (chatted with Julie and Tina), both went smoothly and each lasted less than 10 minutes. The reps asked for my online order number, my account PIN, the phone numbers, when they were activated, and submitted the rewards for processing. See attachment.

1. Cheapest plan for 2 lines is the Shared Data 3GB plan. Monthly cost is $80 (after $20 discount for autopay), plus about $20 (25%) for taxes and fees.
2. That's fine if you don't mind the two $250 GCs being made out to your friend's name. Do you trust your friend? Big Grin
