I placed an order yesterday and called ecomm today. They're telling me that they don't see the promo attached to my account. What's the best course of action for this? I was transferred to the generic rewards department but they were closed.

Maybe the mystery is solved.. lol...
Probably att system is outdated that no one receives redemption email after 45 days...either way you need to contact ATT for help...don't get why not ATT gives reward team access to porting info to make it easier for problem solving
Dang, spoke too soon. Both orders just got cancelled. I saw "We're working on your order" , something I didn't see on the other orders and thought I was sure to be approve, turns out I was mistaken. I'm done wasting my time with ATT

Hi
My order got cancelled today after 24 hours.
(Reason: could t verify the order came from you)
I didn't call the e-comm number (didn't read the post completely)
Will it help if I go to the store and provide identification?

Yes, I had a problem but it was easily fixed. The problem is that the lines merged into an account will appear as transferred lines instead of ported lines to the rewards department. But I contacted the billing department and they were able to see that the lines were ported in by looking at the orders. Billing did a 3 way call with rewards department who manually processed the rebates. I got all of my rebate cards this week.
Did u call rewards department right after merging lines? Or you did that after 30 days? I tried to connect with rewards department to confirm, but they asked me to call back after 30 days.

Going to the store and confirm ID doesn't do any good.

You can place the order again then call E-comm, that's how I got one of my orders through. No guarantee that it will be approved, but it won't hurt. Somebody got a sales rep on a chat and follow along while the order was being placed, and it was approved. Still, nothing is guaranteed.

The real reason for cancellation is not Identification or Credit Score, it's some criteria that the Order Review Dept use, but of course they won't tell us what those are.

I need to port out of Sprint but my wife and I are both super busy now, not at all like we were in late March and early April when we did the Sprint deal. Does this ATT deal need so much babysitting that it maybe is not worth it for someone who doesnt have much spare time right now?

Thanks for any thoughts.

It'll take some attention in the first few days.
1. Submit the order. You'll know in 1-3 days whether or not it is approved. If it's not approved, move on. If it's approved go to step 2.
2. Received the SIMs after a few days. Activate the SIMs. Create an account, login to check that they didn't split the lines into multiple plans. If they did, ask a chat rep to combine them into one plan.
3. Let things move along. After 5 weeks, chat with Reward Center and claim your rewards.

* Acct #1: 4 lines, order placed 5/3 through BF, shows "$600. Verified. Est Payable 8/1/20". All lines ported out on 6/26. Account closed. I don't expect BF to pay.
* Acct #2: 2 lines, order placed 5/22 through TCB, shows "$100. Pending. Est 14 weeks". I submitted a claim saying the cb should be $300 (doubled the usual $75/line for 2 lines). They said it'll take 2-3 months for a decision. I'm waiting for the $250 GCs to be mailed (claimed on 7/6, approved 7/7). I'll port out by next Saturday. I don't expect TCB to pay.

repped, I think, thought it would tell me to spread it around.

ok, I'll give it a shot. Can both me and my wife do separate accounts? Or does multiple accounts from the same address cause problems?

Shouldn't be a problem. My acct #1 was opened in my wife's name on 5/3 with 4 lines. When two of my Sprint phones were unlocked, I used them to open acct #2 on 5/22 in my name with 2 lines. Same street address of course.

Yes I ordered around midnight. But system allowed to continue order. And status showing "in progress" I am not sure if it will cancel or I will get my sim
message Showed up for me. I refreshed. And it was still there. I went ahead and placed order. I thought it was weird. I am an existing FIber customer and they had not issue before. Order was completed successfully. Received all 10 gcs 4 days ago and made 3 money orders at my Walmart. $0.88 each and limited to 4 cards per MO for me at my Mckinney TX walmart. Check with your bank if they accept theses card for money order or cashiers check as Chase Bank is waiving money order and ccashiers check fees during Coronavirus.

I merged the lines two days after activation to lower the total amount billed. That closed the merged account but I still had to pay the final bill on the merged account - just like if I terminated service. I called on the rebates 30-35 days later. ATT didn't seem to have any problem with me paying for two separate accounts. I did change the email address on one of the accounts. That may have caused problems during activation and that maybe how the system keeps the accounts separate. The two accounts reflected the different email address in the ATT app. So, if you are going to do two accounts, use different email addresses.
