I ported my phone numbers out to H2O and let them die there.

I closed my acct #1 on 6/26, ten days before the paid-for period ended. My closed account now shows a credit of $38.01. Several people here were told by reps that the credit will be sent by check (5-6 weeks?). I'll wait and see what they'll do with my credit.
Thanks! Silly question, how do I find my paid-for period?.

Just got my 2 SIM cards via FedEx. Popped them in my phones, did the online activation and it was working in under 5 minutes. Also setup the account in a jiffy. Now to play the waiting game. I hope I am able to get this smoothly and move out and port my lines to another place in 2-3 months.

Look at your bill's details. It's quite confusing the way these postpaid plans are billed ahead, but due/autopaid somewhere between the beginning of a service period and end of the period.

Generally, calculate using the date your lines were activated and how many months you've paid for. For example: my acct #1 was activated on 5/6 and I've paid two bills, so the first period is from 5/6 to 6/5, and the 2nd period is 6/6 to 7/5. If I've paid two bills, then I could port out/cancel by 7/5 and not owing any money.

Congrats on having a smooth and fast start. Make sure to check your Plan Details to confirm that both lines are in one plan, and not split into two plans with one line in each.

My order says "In Progress" and a couple hours later changed to "Canceled"
Mine went from In Progress to Partially Shipped. Both Sims have same tracking # but not sure why it says 'Partial'?

If my wife and I use the same address to apply for our separate account , does it create risk for denial ? Thanks.

Another person here had the same situation recently. If I'm not mistaken, both SIMs came in the same package even though AT&T said Partial Shipment.

Thanks so much. I am thread jumping to here, as I am preparing to port out to ATT, I heard that a lot of folks were being denied, so want to read some posts before action.

You will get both in 1 package from fedex.
Partial will change to shipped once you receive them. Weird wording. But that's how it worked for me.

Got my first bill... $156!!! For two lines.
I thought should have been $120+ taxes!!
Discount for auto pay and paperless billing is applied
What am I missing?

Sounds like more headache than worth it... no?

Something isn't right. Post a screenshot of your bill details if you can. For a Shared Data 3GB Plan with 2 lines, the monthly cost should be around $80 for the lines ($100 - $20 autopay discount) + about $20 (25%) for taxes and fees = $100. Sounds to me like your 2 lines were put into 2 Plans, with 1 line in each plan. If that's true, then for each plan the monthly cost is $60 ($80 - $20 autopay discount) + about $15 (25%) for taxes and fees = $75. For 2 plans, that comes out to about $150.

Attached is the bill for my acct #2 with 2 lines. They generated the bill late, so it included 2 months of service.
