Is Verizon doing free data this month?

My internet has been down for the past day and i've been using my phone as a hotspot. When i check my data usage, it shows i've used zero data.

Are they doing free data? I know they gave 15gb of free data last month, but i'm not sure if this is some promo they are doing, if my usage reporting is delayed, of if its a glitch.
