Sleep well dear friend though I know that is nearly impossible whenyou are in pain. I hope you can relax a little and take yourself to a happy place. I remember a river 5 years ago, brown from flowing through the northwoods, but clear and cool. Standing on the rocks that create the spring rapids, fishing on a glorious sunny but pleasant day. The music of the woods and water a balm to the soul. Occasional bald eagles and bright dragon flies, passing treasures in the air.

please hold my family in your Pray

my 8 year nephew got beat up today by some 10 year old. my sister finally filed for bankruptcy. my mom is handling this pretty well i think (maybe due to her anti anxiety meds she's taking) but i dont want it to effect her health in any way.

me, im struggling with stuff Mellow

GG, you are a stronger better woman than you were a year ago. Do what you can, and the rest is up to your higher power. Every little boy gets b eaten up sooner or later. I did. I also beat up others, usually bullies. It's a lesson in life.
Maybe your sister can start anew with a clean slate now.

It happens to almost every boy, sadly, and if my experience is typical it will end when he stands up for himself and fights back against even one of the bullies. In my case, when I was young, I was taught that you didn't fight. So I didn't, and it lead to years of putting up with bullies picking on me, tormenting me, harrassing me, and so on until the one day that I stood up for myself and fought back. I had reported a lot of the bullying that I had been dealing with, so the VicePrincipal and others at school already knew the hell I was enduring. The day I stood up for myself was just at the end of lunch and right in front of the school office. I had had enough of it and I turned and fought, attracting a huge group of cheering/yelling students and the attention of staff and the vice principal. When they saw it was me taking my life back they let it continue and I landing a few good hits even though I really didn't really know how to fight. When they finally broke the two of us apart, we were sent to our own detention room. Several minutes later I was sent back to class and the other student was suspended. That was the last day I had to endure much more that taunting and name-calling. The physical attacks ended that day and the bullies seemed to have a different outlook towards me; they knew that I was capable of being a force to be reckoned with and mostly left me alone.

As OGG stated, I think every boy goes through this to some degree and your nephew will be okay. I think the best thing to teach boys is that fighting is not okay except to defend yourself and if faced with a bad situation like I was, find one of them away from the pack and prove that you should be left alone. I wish I was stood up for myself sooner than I did, but that day was a turning point in my life and I have never been sorry about it. Certainly never ever start it, but being able to finish it may lead to never having to do it again.

Another day of possible scattared showers. We heard that all day yesterday and didn't get any. Makes me mad for it makes me put off watering plants when I really should. In fact, I should water some areas/planters/pots even when it does rain due to the location of them and how little if ant rain the spot gets even when it does rain.

Another day to manage through at work.
