10 bucks isnt for the router, its not even for the modem - its for the Fiber to ethernet converter box that you cannot buy. Thats why even if you have your own compatible modem/router they can still charge you the $10.

I have a current cable and internet on my wife's name. I remember I cannot apply for a new service if there is ANY ATT SERVICE connected to my address.

I dont want to lose my current connection while waiting for a new service.

and ATT customer service sucks big time.

I'm getting the HBO plan but it totals to $70 and not $60 with the rental. The bonus $100 is showing too for the reward. Am I missing something?

That's doesn't sound right, I got connection and modem the same week. Called in two weeks ago to switch out to the new Wi-Fi 6 gateway and had someone come out the same week. Might want to call and find out what happened?

I ordered it and had it installed within 10 days. It took the tech some time as he had to install the PON. Man, loving it now. 900+ upload/download on the wired connection. I put Google WiFi router behind the ATT router and it gives me 400Mbps WiFi. My main use case was being able to upload my pictures to backblaze. Now I can upload 1 TB in 24 hrs. Got the first bill, $60.xx.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I've called 21 times, with 5 different installation dates. Each time was a different excuse. I live in a new apartment complex with all of my surrounding neighbors having Fiber. I am at a lost.
