Edit: Weird, I just went back to the page and price is back to $459.99 and my order didn't go through.
Edit2: Went back to cost.com and now price shows $379.99 and my previous order went through so now I have a duplicate order
Also what do you all with your old tv if you replace with this one and don't have room for the old one anywhere else? Do you just try to sell it on Nextdoor or Craigslist for like $50?
Finally is this one made in Mexico, like a lot of Samsung's, instead of say China?
Thanks!
This is definitely a good TV for the price, you will love it for it's webOS and magic remote alone. These two features would make your viewing experience amazing. In case you are in doubt, hope this helps.

I have a TCL 6 series (2018) and the wider color gamut, brightness, and contrast are much more noticeable than the resolution increase to me. This is true of non HDR content as well.
If you are happy with your current tv size I wouldn't worry about the distance too much. At over 10' though you likely won't notice much difference from just upgrading resolution.
