I have the 2 lines TMO ONE ALL IN PROMO and both app chat and iMessage told me I had to upgrade to their $120 Magenta for 2 lines to get the 3rd line free. I said that was not worth it. Will try again tomorrow. If anyone has better luck, please let me know.
They told me the same thing. I have to change my $70 all in one plan to a $120 Magenta 2 line plan in order to get a 3rd line free.

What would be the best phone to go with?

My son has the G7 Power and the battery is amazing but the G7 has a small 3000mah battery.

My Facebook Chat Just Now With T-Mobile

Me:I heard you can add a free 3rd line this weekend to existing accounts. Is that true and how can I do that?
T:Yes! So in this case you'd be adding 1 line that you'd pay monthly for and the second line would be free the free line bill credits start within 2 bill cycles from activation!
Me: I don't need to add two lines. The promo I saw said add a third line free. Is that not the case?
T: We totally want to make sure that we are setting the correct expectations Jason. In order to fully qualify for the offer as an existing customer, you must activate at least 1 new voice line on an existing account with at least 2 voice lines (2 paid lines and 1 free line). Are we on the same page?
Same response I'm getting

Did you get a confirmation email or anything in detail showing the 3rd line activation and promotion?
Only an email for the SIM card order.

I got shot down stating that my plan was not eligible ( I am on tmobile One Plus - with a free third line) . Is there any official link to this that I can show them?
I don't know about any official link. I just seen this thread yesterday.

What time zone are you in? I have chatted with 2 reps via Tmobile app & text message. They both told me the promo that was released today is BOGO and they require me to add a paid line first.

Im in California.

For existing accounts, you have to ADD one additional PAID line, and then you would qualify for the promotional free line (per my business account rep I just spoke with).

So, great for someone that was already planning on adding a line.

How did you do that? Did you add the free line first? Or did you tell them to do iphone 11 promo and free line at the same time?
Same time. The iPhone 11 promo is when you add a new line, just so happens that new line is free. But you better hurry. They already took the iPhone 11 offer off the website. Reps can still see the offer as of just now but that could change

If you were planning to sign up for Magenta 2+1 free, it was recommended you do that yesterday so that you get 2+1 lines and call back today and get another +1 line for free.
Thanks, I wondered if that was over.

I was able to get the activation fee waived. So it's $10 for sim for a free line of service.

Not sure where you see this. Can you provide your source?

I have been using netflix through t-mobile for as long as they have offered it and it works on at least 2 screens at a time.
I am on Magenta plan with 6 lines.. I used to get the basic Netflix offer which is just 1 screen.. upgraded to 4 screen by paying additional $.. you can see these details under "Manage Data and Add-ons" within the Tmobile Account

He is so wrong. Unless you have some business account that's not included in the promo. For most of us with magenta, One, or SC, no new paid line is necessary.

Edit: Many people reporting certain One plans like grandfathered One plans are not eligible.

Tried contacting via T-mobile app, and being told same thing. You have to add a new line to get free line on us.

So, it's not one free line after all then.

It's BOGO.

Maybe someone need to update the title?
