No bill credits they said its flat out free with trade in and add a line
Just to be clear, you are adding the "free line" and not a paid line correct?
And will they take iPhone 6? Any idea for how much trade-in value?

I have Simple Choice 6GB Family Plan with 2 lines plus 3 free promo lines from years ago. I contacted tmobile over imessage and was able to add the free line in less than 5 minutes.

I was charged $10 for the sim card delivery and the customer service rep said the sim card would be activated before being shipped to me.

Where is my 'That Was Easy' button?
What types of data you got on those three free lines? Im dissapointed i never capitalized on those deals when I signed up then.

I was able to add my new 10th line.
Currently have 7 paid line + 2 free lines under the Simple Choice North America plan.
I did have to pay for a new sim card, around $10 something. Did this via the chat with expert on tmobile website.
Do you have to pay taxes and fees for the new line?

Just want to chime in with my experience on this-

I chatted with a rep through the T-Mobile app, made it very clear that I only wanted to add a line if it was completely free. I stated multiple times that I have a grandfathered plan (T-Mobile ONE All-In) that I don't want to lose. The rep never directly addressed that but just proceeded with the activation. Afterwards I got a order confirmation email that showed my plan being switched to a Magenta plan with a price increase of $50! I called into Customer Care, was told that I only qualify for the deal if I change my plan. I had them cancel the order completely and they claim I'll stay on my plan. I really hope that's the case.
I'm also in on the T-Mobile One plan. I got the free line and order confirmation didn't show switched to Magenta, just some garbage stuff in the order about Magenta and the Sim.

Post a pic and blackout sensitive data?

If you have 8 lines, can they make one of that line free? (Since you can't add any more)

Was to add the same comment right about now. Just got the same confirmation from a rep via chat (through T-Mobile app). Oh well, indeed.

Yes. That's all you're paying. I think I'm paying $3 something to maintain my line.

This offer is going to end up like the iPhone 6 trade in deal where the Promo wasn't actually added to peoples account and the Bill credits didn't show up. YMMV
