Made some researches myself.
Here is my conclusion, let me know if I am not correct.
"27":27 inch
"U": commercial model, "B":business model
"K": year 2018, "L": year 2019
"650": features level, for business just remove the last zero. For example in UL series there are 500, 550, 650, 850, higher number means more feature.
After dash - "W": white, "B":black

So 27BK67U-B may probably use the same panel as 27UK670-B, which should be the same panel of 27UK650-W but 670 has USB-C (while 850 has both USB-C and speakers)

The difference between K and L models is that in 2019 model they twisted to meet HDR400 standard, but possibly still the same panels with some adjustment.

Seems like the 27BK67U has a USB-C port, a different stand that can swivel, but only has 300 nits vs 350 nits on the 27BL65U, the 27BK67U has the older 1.2 DP vs 1.4 DP for the 27BL65U, and the 27BL65U claims HDR400, but not sure that is useful. I believe the BL is a newer model, similar to the UK vs UL.

I have the 27BL65U, and love it. I run it with an RX 5700XT, the colors seem very good, and is great for playing games where refresh times don't make a difference. I've recently played Witcher 3, GTA V and Sea of Thieves on max settings and think the colors look really good, definitely better than my Samsung NU6900 4K TV. Even though it is 350 nits, the screen is plenty bright for me, mine is probably around 40% brightness most of the time. I also use mine for productivity and like that I can rotate the monitor, and the telescoping stand has good height adjustment and feels very robust.

For some people, no swivel is a deal breaker, and the blacks aren't that great, but I don't see any in this price range that are. Personally, I would have preferred a 32" 4K, but the November/December deal was too hard to pass up, and wish I had bought 2!

Thanks for providing your experience. What I saw in the discussion is that L is newer model but has not much difference with K (5% more gamma to meet HDR standard but still not enough color range, 1,4DP but actually 1.2DP is enough for 4K 60hz) , so the recommendation is choose the one that is cheaper. I was also looking for a 32" 4K monitors before but they are way too expensive. LG 32ud99 is still $900 on greentoe. Since I currently have a desk with 24" depth and I recently see the recommendation of the best size for this distance is 27", I will probably just go with 27" monitors. Otherwise I may have to upgrade my desk together with a 32" monitorSmilie

I definitely agree that a 32" 4K screen is the way to go. After looking for the last few weeks for a model under $400, I bought the LG 32UD59-B [bestbuy.com], and it looks like they have the Samsung U32J590UQN [bestbuy.com] in stock at a similar price.

The BL85U has USB-C, Speakers, 3 Year Warranty and a better stand. Same video specs. Frequently on sale for $359, I have one.

Don't get Dell if you use Mac. They don't do compatibility test despite it being an usb c monitor. I just had a terrible experience with their customer service too. They refund me almost 3 months after my first request.

I'm more confused that "rtings top rated" actually means it only got a 7.9 "mixed usage" result. I was expecting at least a 9...
