Oneplus 8 and Iphone XS available at T-mobile for $350 stackable with free line promo

Deal works for T-mobile customers who qualify for the "Add free line" promo . You can also get a iphone XS and Oneplus 8 for 50% off when you add the free line . I called to just add the free line and then found out that i could get the the two phones at a 50% discount as well which was fantastic. I got the Samsung s20 for 699 from costco and now torn between the one plus 8 vs S20 . Will return one of them . What do you guys suggest ? one plus 8 is half the price of s20 Smilie.

Gotta love T-mobile

More of a reddit post, but I did exactly what u did. Owned outright a s20 ultra. Wednesday traded for an 8 pro. Frida added new line free, and got the op8 half off promo which will be here Tuesday. I'm torn also. Even with the 500mah more, s20 ultra battery doesn't last quite as long. Op8 120hz is also smoother to me.

I'll compare 8 to 8 pro when I have both in hand, but I'm keeping OnePlus for sure.

Careful with the iPhone XS. The FAQ page for the promo lists the eligible T-Mobile plans and most of them are the newest Magenta plans only. T-Mobile One or Simple Choice plans are not eligible for the iPhone XS promo.

Supposedly, the 8Pro needs to have its screen inspected carefully...some are reporting screen issues, which the OP8 doesn't suffer. Search OP on Reddit.

After a few days it's not something that would affect my day to day usage. The "issue" is definitely overhyped.

Was S20 Ultra part of a deal? Or did you have S20 Ultra anyway and traded with OnePlus company for 8 Pro? I want 8 pro but dual SIM if possible.. Not sure what's the best route.

Sorry traded with another person. Op8 pro is physically dual SIM, but it's disabled with software for now. Supposedly it will be enabled with a firmware update.

Thanks... Got it. I currently own 7 Pro, had also bought it from someone else but TMo. I did have to boot unlock, install different firmware and buy a dual SIM tray (TMo one has one side blocked) and it did finally work as dual SIM but was quite some work..

Thanks for explaining. Good luck. I wish TMo had 8 Pro also!

OP6T is now 2 years old already, and this OP8 is half price following the terms...smart move if you ask me. I'll give you one thing...my OP6T still runs as fast as the day I unwrapped it, unlike an LG,Sammy or Pixel...but I now want a 5G phone, at half price.
I'm upgrading from a OP6T and agree. I've used an OG Pixel, Pixel 2, Samsung S7 and S8. All four slowed way down after 8-16 months. I got the OP6T on the release day and it hasn't slowed down at all. Seriously, it might be faster than when I got it. I wish the camera was better, but I'm so happy with the phone that I'm sticking with OP.

So I need to own two lines to get a discounted device? Shouldn't this be a Reddit post?
