They are Ceramic Coated. Not Ceramic knives. The Ceramic coating is the coloring on the knife.
I would not bother with these. Sharpening them will inherently make you rub the ceramic coating off. Which is probably not good for you.
And Ceramic knifes are good for a few purposes. But once they dull or if they chip they're completely toast. Sure some companies you can send them into get sharpened. But under no circumstance should you sharpen them on your own.
I got a same set from Cuisinart in 2014, but with 6 knives instead of 5 (just 1 longer bread knife) for $20 on sale on Amazon.
They've held up nicely. They get dull relatively quick, like maybe within half a year of use. But I just sharpen them again and they're good to go.
Good deal at this price
Jacques Pepin said that he owns over 200 knives. At the same time, he preaches that most home cooks need 3. A chef's knife, a utility knife, and a paring knife. I followed his advice and bought them individually and put together my own set for about 30 dollars on amazon. wow, what a difference. No more costco, macy's, home goods, tuesday morning, big lots sets for me. I'm done with that now.

I've had this set for a while, and I'm pretty pleased with it. Like any other knife, you have to sharpen periodically, but set has performed very well for me over the last 3 years. I'm buying this set again mostly for the 5" serrated knife, which was not included in my previous set.

Same here; need a serrated blade.. and it is a good set to beat up during daily use while protecting the more expensive knives.

Edit: not sure being ceramic could impact the durability of paint.

Thanks to OP though.
