EDIT: Wow that was fast and easy! AND it turns out my previous promo had expired so i was paying that full monthly price and didn't know it (auto-pay and i never really looked at it to be honest).

Good for you? I've never had a 5 minute cancel call. I've been doing this for years. There's literally never been an immediate offer and acceptance. The terms and conditions of the deal take like 1-3 minutes alone.
For years it's been call in, wait for a rep, get a rep, say I want to cancel, get offer, accept offer, wait for manager approval, listen to hold music, get terms and conditions read, accept, process payment info, finish. 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer, but never "5 minutes".
Since when do they allow you to accept any deals without reading that T&C spiel.. c'mon now.

Reasonably priced plans would be much nicer. Could be worse. Have you seen the price of On-Star plans? GM is removing even basic app access without on-star now..
