I got an email giving me a promo offer of SiriusXM All-Access with Free Echodot for $60 a year for one of the cars I don't own anymore.
Currently I have 2 accounts the $60 a year special on Select Package that ends on January 1st of next year.
I was able to convince the rep to cancel my existing sub and replace it with the new promo of the free upgrade to All Access plus another EchoDot for free! (already had one from last year)

Good for you? I've never had a 5 minute cancel call. I've been doing this for years. There's literally never been an immediate offer and acceptance. The terms and conditions of the deal take like 1-3 minutes alone.
For years it's been call in, wait for a rep, get a rep, say I want to cancel, get offer, accept offer, wait for manager approval, listen to hold music, get terms and conditions read, accept, process payment info, finish. 20-30 minutes, sometimes longer, but never "5 minutes".
Since when do they allow you to accept any deals without reading that T&C spiel.. c'mon now.

I was able to cancel my $1 for 3 month subscription over text without issue. Limited staffing means that when you call they give you the option to text instead. Just make sure you're texting from the number associated with the account.
