These should be fine with newer Ryzen. 3200MHz is typically fine for 2000-series, 3000MHz or just below typically works with 1000 series, but isn't as reliable depending on MoBo trace topology, RAM chips, etc...
Keep in mind that running 2 DIMMS (1 DIMM per channel) is easier on the memory controller and therefore easier/possible to reach rated numbers. If you want 32GB, you're usually better off getting a 2 X 16GB kit rather than 4 X 8GB... This is true for both AMD and Intel.
Which? Modern ones yes. Older were memory picky and it was worth your time checking compatibility

Is this what it says it is, Or is this all just paper stats?
XPG is the "Performance" branch of ADATA. It's not "no-name" stuff is what I'm saying.
As for the stats, CL 18 at 3600 Is higher-end of mid-grade. If they were to fake numbers, they would do better than that. Also, 3000MHz CL16 is the same price, and likely the same sticks with different XMP profiles.
EDIT: the ebay seller is ADATA, so you should have confidence that they will honor warranty and support.

I assume these memory sticks will be ideal for Ryzen processors? (Not looking to overclock)
I ordered it but let's see if ADATA actually honor this price. The last price mistakes they posted, they canceled all the orders.

It's not high end of mid grade. It's low end (cl18) of higher grade (3600) at 10ns latency. Equivalent to 3200 CL16. But at least the higher mem clock raises the fabric clock on ryzen.
For comparison, 3600 CL14 is 7.8ns latency, and 3600 CL16 is 8.9
The price is slick however. Absolutely a great buy.

I was talking mainly of the timings within that particular speed class. CL 16 and CL 14 make up the high-end of 3600MHz DIMMs. CL 20 and 18 make up the mid-grade. CL22 or worse, probably has a green PCB and OEM only.
For all intents and purposes, you could OC just about any recent desktop DDR4 to 3600MHz, you would just have to loosen the timings up A LOT for most of the sticks with lower-rated speeds.
Will never buy from ADATA again. I had a MSATA drive from them failed but they refused to RMA cause I couldn't find receipt. The drive has a 5yr warranty and it failed the 2nd year since the product debut so well within warranty period. Will only buy stuff from Newegg or Amazon since they keep your receipts forever unlike other crap retailers or ADATA can do like crucial --never need receipt for their warranty claim.

So it a really good deal. Ok

I have D10 sticks running at 3000 with a 3600 and they are fine. I ordered these run motherboard max of 3600mhz.
