I have not received any alert or weekly emails since 3/11/2020. I also do not get a password reset email when attempting to change my password. Please advise!
Also how do I start getting text messages? I dont see anywhere to add my phone number for that.

it might be a larger problem but as a first action you can check your email settings here: https://slickdeals.net/profile/emailmanagement/
we don't support text alerts but you can get push notifications via the app.
