***EDIT: Skimmed the Customer Focus book for about three minutes. I think it's worth a closer look (it's free but time is money so I don't just give away my time). Quick glance at chapter/section headings seems to hit on all the basics and necessary areas, there is a Q&A/quiz type knowledge-check thingy throughout (maybe simplistic but not entirely unuseful). About 100pgs. I'll give it a shot!

It is poor form to put $0 ebooks in the title and then add non-free books in the same list. The books that aren't free should be removed from the list or at least put in a different subsequent post in the thread. This looks like a shill post intended to trick SlickDeal readers into buying books they wouldn't ever buy.
