I hate these credits. Every time I do them they take forever to credit and a bunch of phone calls to get the credit. Hopefully they're better now.

I chatted with AT&T. Yes, an S8 is worth $60 so you will get $1000 trade in. You don't have to select your trade in phone at check out.

You can always sell it by paying off the balance in lumpsum and then keep getting the credit on your account.

They really aren't. I have called ATT 5 times in the last five months to get the credit.

For $5 dollars per month more one can get 512gb in "mystic black" which is what I did. This is the best deal for this phone by far.

strange, I go through the process, but never asks me about trade in and takes me to the cart.
In the cart, it switches to full price and wants full retail payment today.

I have an older Value Shared Plan (45 gb). The offer shows up for me and even asks if I'm trading in a device for the $1000 credit. Once in the cart it shows my total for today is only $75.
So does that mean I can take advantage of this great deal with my current plan??
