Yeah i had the same problem as everyone else with signing up. After entering my visa info and adding the gift card it cancelled out the visa info to strictly use the gift card. So after submitting i clicked on add auto renewal on my account home page and obviously my visa info did not carry over so hopefully me entering that info again into their auto renewal section of the page will count. We will find out in 4-6 weeks i guess

Costco is amazing. Besides groceries and everyday needs...they also offer great tire prices, offer car, home and life insurance which is usually cheaper than what you'd get in the market. Also I had a great experience with refinancing my home with one of their approved lenders. They pretty much do everything for their members. And provide great options.

Just to confirm - you still need to pay for tax when you buy the membership with this, right?

Yes, it is a regular gift/cash/shop card, can be used in-store, gas station or online. There is a place for card number on checkout page. It's been a while but I've done it before with both Costco and Sams.

Have I ever steered you wrong?

Yup, you can still upgrade & get the awesome citi Visa card too!

Hi, the $40 off coupon code included in the Shop Card mailer that should be received 4 to 6 weeks after redeeming your Costco Membership at Costco.com is a one-time use coupon code that can only be used for a purchase made online at Costco.com of $250 or more before tax. Let us know if you have more questions!

I was a Costco member but let it expire a year ago. Anyone know if my wife could sign up with this deal? She was an extra cardholder on my account.
Hi, if your membership already expired, your wife should be able to sign up as a new member, you can also contact the membership counter at your local Costco for further details.

Hi Experts, My membership will expire this December. Can my wife take this for a new membership on December? My question is, will Costco allow two memberships on the same house address? Thanks!

Say If you bought a TV over 250$ and could you apply the 40$ gift card effectively knocking 80$ off the total?
Hi, the merchandise total in your cart must equal $250 or more before tax and shipping to receive the $40 off. The coupon may not be combined with any other savings.

I don't understand all the love for COSTCO. $5 pumpkin pie is nice, I guess. The people that shop there certainly do love the place. I just don't get it.

Cheap gas. Inexpensive food court. Low priced alcohol. Just a few reasons why I shop at Costco.
