I bought both a few days apart. Had them for a week.
Anker: Better overall build. Hybrid ANC is better than TaoTronics. Even with ANC turned off on both, Anker does a better job with sound isolation in their build. Anker does a better job staying connected (not sure why I've had trouble with TaoTronics, I may have a faulty BT module). The AI voice is softer (lower volume) on Anker's. The startup sound is more pleasant than Taos (I noticed these little things which makes for a pleasant and 'welcoming' experience. Ankers LED lights (power LED) are softer in brightness and does not blink every other second like TaoTronics. It annoys me at night which allows my spouse to not be bothered by a bright blue light going off like Taotronic. All button are softer to press and have a softer "click" sound than Taotronics. Taos feels like a cheap at of buttons from 80s electronics.
Taotronic: significantly lighter, it has a USB-C port (charging is still over an hour from 0-100%) which can be a deal breaker since people fuss over Micro USB. The pivoting and folding of the headphones over all is nice and simpler than Anker's. The headphones can fit smaller heads as the band isn't as large so it's kid friendly and for smaller heads. Clamp force is not as hard as Ankers (I like that a lot ) while still being excellent.
I've had more disconnects from Taotronics than Ankers. The first few days I had problems where the voice assistant kept saying I was disconnected repeatedly, DURING a call (annoying again). I'll have to RMA the Taos, hoping it's just an easy fix for them.
Over all, both headphones have the same quality in sound, low mid and highs with all genres of music. Both were broken in after 3 nights of electronic, pop, and hip hop music playing non stop at 75% vol. Both have excellent call quality while working on my PC (using a soft phone) and while on my cell phone. No complaints of ambient noise being picked up while on calls. Both were comfortable on 4+ hour wear for work calls.
Hope this helped.

I have bought a Q20, it couldn't turn on after a month. The problem occurred on the replacement just after the first charge. I would like the seller to inspect the problem if I had a chance.
How can that work if this is under $40?
