I can't comment on the quality of these other than they've been around and people seem to like them.

Everyone told me Ender 3, but that is a kit. You will have to spend 5 hours building it (seriously). And if you tighten something too tight, it will effect the print. The adventurer is ready to print. I wanted a Prusa but they had 8 week shipping times due to covid. Now I am leading towards a Ender 5 with BL touch for bed leveling (also it's 95% built from factory). Bed leveling is the most important thing when printing. I had to use 2 pieces of tape for wedges on the adventurer to get it completely level. The bed is flexible which also helps, and I also added a PEI sheet to it (and glue stick sometimes). You'll learn that stuff as you go. I knew nothing 3 months ago.
In the end, it's been a great first machine. Doesn't discourage you which can make you hate the hobby. Probably keep this for about a year and then upgrade. I bought it off amazon so i could return it if there was a problem.

I play around with Fusion 360 and Blender, find things around your residence that may benefit from a 3d printed part or a hobby such as rc/drone for example. It could also be something really simple like a desk organizer for pens etc, there are sites (thingiverse.com) that have tons of random free stuff to print and get you started. But if you have the time to learn the basics of creating your own prints, I'd say that makes the purchase worth it.
