Mine doesn't have Music control (unless I use it with an android app called Notify). This one does. That's about the only difference I can foresee. Screen scuffs pretty easy but you might not care as much given the price.
Battery life drops if you use a custom watch face. This is to be expected. All watch faces that have Weather info don't really continue showing the weather after a few mins (they don't seem to retain the connection or something). Standard watch faces show very limited info.
