I've got the hedge shears and use them like loppers.LMAO They actually do very well and I would absolutely buy them again.

Hmm. Was just looking at $37 ones at Walmart. Why is this seemingly so inexpensive? 🤔

How much is this set normally?

question the cutting edge of my loppers and pruner is curved/bent a little bit, loppers still cuts but it makes some squeeking/crunching sound. I am getting the sharpening tool corona tool but will that help with bent/curves cutting edges?

For loppers currently I have this one, any difference between mine and the loppers in the set? Is mine a little stronger? https://www.amazon.com/Fiskars-Po...den&sr=1-9

That's odd - what happened? Most all comments I've read about Fiskars warranty practices have been extremely positive. Most mention no hassles at all. What did Firskars say when you called them? Why has it taken a month?

As an example, here's just one of many positive comments I've read on Fiskars' warranty:

Nothing has happened - that's the issue.

I understand THAT - but I'm asking, what have you done that Fiskars has failed to respond? Did you call Fiskars? What did they say? Call back in a month?

I recently submitted a warranty claim & it took forever, I think 6 weeks. Reason cited was COVID. The warranty was ultimately honored & I received a new tool 2 weeks ago. That being said, I don't buy anything that is not Fiskar now. This is the 2nd tool I leveraged the warranty in 10 years. Despite this recent warranty claim taking longer than expected it was easy. Warranty claim was online, couple of questions & a picture...no crazy hoops or copies or receipts you didn't keep. Great tools & they are standing behind their product!

I've submitted the claim according to the instructions and received a confirmation of their receipt. This was over a month ago. I should not have to do anything else and they can't expect me to be satisfied with being out of a tool for so long. If and when they actually honor the warranty, I will reconsider my position but currently I am a dissatisfied customer.

Good to know thanks. I'm nearing the 6 week mark so hopefully something happens soon.
