Not sure how to explain it but one shoe had a crooked upper that tilted inwards to the medial side. Apparently it was a manufacturing defect. But a part of me suspects that Jackrabbit may be collecting 'B stock' inventory from other retailers and selling these shoes as 'new' during these clearance sales. For that reason I stick with Runningwarehouse even if it means paying an extra $10. RW ihas been very good to me. They sent me several pairs of extra Hola insoles after I misplaced the ones that came with the shoes. Every shoe I get from RW has been perfect and I don't pay sales tax for orders. I think JR charges tax because it's parent company operates a chain of stores in most states. I also had an issue with JR when my Gaviota order didn't show up in my online account order history. I wanted to track my order shipment to see if it had been shipped and when it was coming. I sent them an email and it took them a while to respond. Too long imo. By contrast I asked a question on RW's YouTube page this week asking when a particular shoe would be released and got a response back the same day from Conner, that guy who does videos and marketing for RW.
Unfortunately, the build quality is not the best. I used them as a daily walker and they did not even last the year. But I loved them so much... I just purchased a new pair.
p.s. I got them for even less from Shoes.com when they had a 30% off code... but today, they now how exclusions.
The Clifton is a lot more snug with a narrow box for your foot. I find they're great for hour long runs but I can't wear them all day. Bondi is awesome for indoor treadmill and can probably be worn for several hours after workout comfortably, but you will reduce the life of the shoe, especially if your husband is heavy.
Check other retailers as well. Looks like REI is also clearing out their Bondi 6 stock. My podiatrist recommended these for an Achilles tendon issue. Feels like I'm walking on air. https://www.rei.com/product/13629...shoes-mens
Couldn't believe my eyes when I saw this deal come through. The bondi 6 is my go to pair of running shoes right now. I always buy 2 pairs to last me a year and mismatch the pair
FWIW I'm a neutral runner. Shoes have a 4mm heel to toe drop.
I'm wearing the Bondi 6 right now. I'm not really a runner, more like do a lot of walking for steps.
It's an awesome shoe, only downside is that it seems to wear fast. Both the fabric on the toe and the cushiony sole.
With the student discount, it was $88.88 - had to pull the trigger on another pair.

i actually returned a pair as the size that fit was too bulky and the cushion was too deep. i have several pairs of Arahi's that i like better. it's like you are loosing energy fighting all the cushioning.
the Arahi's are just as comfy but your feet don't sink down as much on every step. also sux that jack rabbit only gives store credit if it does not fit.

I feel the same. It is a perfect walking shoe. But for running, I feel it is heavy and bulk.
I use it for as my daily driver during work at home time. But will switch to ub for any fun sport.
Does anyone know if all the Hoka line runs the same size wise? I take an 11.5 wide in Clifton but unsure if Bondi fit the same. Since these look to be last chance, I don't think I can return them. Anyone know if sizing is the same across all lines?
Good deal on Bondi! Nurses and ppl on their feet all day LOVE these shoes.Super cushioney.
Overpronators who want these for running should NOT get these - look for stability shoes instead.
I've been meaning to try these but for running.
Also, one of the best "Running Shoes" for people on their feet all day are the Reebok Zigtech.
They are totally worthless as running and exercise walking shoes but super comfortable for nurses, doctors, waitresses and the like....
Whomever designed them and labeled them as "Running Shoes" must've been off their medication.
I was able to find a black pair from https://www.roadrunnersports.com/...e-bondi-6/ in my size. It was only about $3 more total than the pair I bought last night for my wife from Jackrabbit, and jackrabbit doesn't have black in my size.
