Thank's for waiting, Upon checking your account. You are very much qualified to get the Free line on us promotion since you're on the qualified rate plan as well which is the T-Mobile one. 😃
It's very easy, We'll just order the new sim card and you'll have that line for free permanently. No monthly charge. Monthly bill will remain the same.
Now, I think I should have gotten the iPhone 11 trade-in promo instead.
Does anyone know if I somehow cancel my BYOD rebate and get the iPhone discount instead?
For those who signed up for earlier June/July free line promotion, is this how it works for them. I missed the July free line promotion so wanted to check.
I had a line cancelled back in June , reactivated it in August and ported out to cricket. Can I bring that line back into T-Mobile with this line on us? I am bringing this back so that I can be ready for the November offers. Also can I do this in Costco or it has to be online?

I am not sure if android has the same layout as iOS, for my iphone, you download TMobile App and login, then click on "more" in the bottom right, then click "Contact US" then select "send message", available work time is 5AM - 10PM central time

Probably faster to do it in store. Remember to have the port number ready if you haven't port already.
