*** UPDATE -- free AAL ends COB Thursday, 9/24! ***

It appears that another T-Mobile "Line On Us" for existing customers is coming this Friday. No word on the duration of the promo. Voice lines only.

It also allegedly stacks with the prior free lines. I'll update with any cheap/free phone deals that may be available...

Look up your SOC code (pasted from prior deal thread -- can't create a Wiki for some reason):

How do I look up my SOC code?
If you want to know what your SOC code is, login using a web browser so you are looking at your account. Be sure to enable "Web Console". (FireFox --> Menu --> Web Developer --> Web Console) Pop over to the Network tab and look for an XHR request to "Subscriber".
you'll see your SOC Code in the Response section. For example, here is the relevant section:

````
{
"ratePlan": {
"name": "Simple Choice North America 10GB Family Match Promo",
"planType": "SIMPLECHOICE",
"socCode": "10SFM2LN"
}
}
````

You need to be on the "home" URL when you enable the tools. I've attached a screenshot that shows (circles) all of the areas you should be at or click to ensure you can see the SOC Code. Sorry if this is too complicated - just trying to share info.

For your plan code view in Chrome:
View>Developer>JavaScript Console. Then tap Network tab then XHR tab.
Then go to the main T-Mobile account homepage (the magenta square with white T in the upper left…or refresh it if already there).
In the Java window, single-tap Subscriber (or type it in the Filter search tab if you can't find it, then single-tap Subscriber)
Tap Response tab (if not already selected). In that long string, you will find the plan and socCode.

Using T-Mobile app to message is so easy, whole process took about 10 mins. Thanks guys

Thank's for waiting, Upon checking your account. You are very much qualified to get the Free line on us promotion since you're on the qualified rate plan as well which is the T-Mobile one. 😃

It's very easy, We'll just order the new sim card and you'll have that line for free permanently. No monthly charge. Monthly bill will remain the same.

I got a free line added to my existing account and submitted the rebate form for the $250 BYOD port-in promo.

Now, I think I should have gotten the iPhone 11 trade-in promo instead.

Does anyone know if I somehow cancel my BYOD rebate and get the iPhone discount instead?

I am on $120/month for 4 lines Simple Choice plan NAFUTT4. After adding the free line the month bill amount went up by $20 and is now listed as $140 on my online account. I checked with t-mobile rep via chat and he says the free line is setup correctly and i will be receiving $20 credit every month. Is this how it works?

For those who signed up for earlier June/July free line promotion, is this how it works for them. I missed the July free line promotion so wanted to check.
I have the exact same plan. No it should not jump from $120 to $140. Mine did that too and got a text saying congratulation in activating 2 lines. So when I did the free line and try to get a revvl 4 plus deal they added another line with the phone. Has to call them Monday and fix it. Now it's back showing $120 and I see the promo 2020 line on us 2 promo and the free line. It should not change your base plan $120 and become $140 and showing credit for $20. Its plain simple free line and you just pay the $3.xx tax on that free line. Hope that helps.

I have T-Mobile Essentials with 4 lines. I also got an email saying that I'm eligible for this promo. Also my SOC code is there in the code list here.

I had a line cancelled back in June , reactivated it in August and ported out to cricket. Can I bring that line back into T-Mobile with this line on us? I am bringing this back so that I can be ready for the November offers. Also can I do this in Costco or it has to be online?

Is there a different way to see SOC on a business account?

Going to T-Mobile store tomorrow, 9/24, to switch from att to T-Mobile magenta plan. Bringing 2 lines from att and will get the 3rd line free from T-Mobile. Anyone know if I will be able to get the line on us promo for my 4th line the same day after I leave the store? Or is it too late to get this line on us promo?

Hi
I am not sure if android has the same layout as iOS, for my iphone, you download TMobile App and login, then click on "more" in the bottom right, then click "Contact US" then select "send message", available work time is 5AM - 10PM central time

Yes. You can message T-Mobile and tell them you would like to take advantage of the iPhone 11 (or did you mean 11 pro) trade in. The iPhone trade in promo will get approved faster than the $250 byod promo. Thus when the iPhone trade in gets approved the $250 promo will get denied.
Probably faster to do it in store. Remember to have the port number ready if you haven't port already.

Any new T-Mobile plans starting after 9/18 will only net 1 free line. Others that got 2+ free lines was because they had existing free lines in multiple iterations before 9/17 and was able to get another free line after 9/18. Supposedly if you start now then it's 1 free line and have to wait for next free line on us promotion to grab 2nd free line.

TForce is the customer service on Twitter or on Facebook Messenger. On Twitter, search for "T-Mobile Help" and click on envelope to direct message your case. TForce on Twitter has graveyard shift people but they may take a while to respond if they multitask multiple cases at once.
