T-Force is usually much better than other support channels. I don't know what channel you used the first time, but going forward, I'd ways use T-Force (and only T-Force) to verify your eligibility for any promos.

That being said, when I did the deal this time around, my sim wasn't shipped as scheduled until I checked up on it. I ordered my sim 5 days ago, and that same day received an email that my sim shipped, but no tracking number. I waited 2 days...nothing. So I contacted T-force, and they created a shipping label with tracking and shipped it immediately. I received the sim the next day. I requested a $10 credit for the inconvenience, and the T-force rep applied it to my account without hesitation.
