That would be a sweet deal then. I know I added 4 new lines with TMO thru Costco in July. I summited my rebates for $100 each line that same night. Then I ordered 4 new phones from TMO online by doing a upgrade on those lines. Well anyways those lines qualified for T-mobile current promos because it was done within the 14 day remorse period.

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

Can we add 4 lines on existing simple choice plan (2.5gb data pla)? And close the lines after getting $1000 rebates?

The responses from chat at t-mobile.com say that a port from visible.com is eligible for the $250 mastercard but on twitter @TMobileHelp they say it is not. What The Fudge

I got my 4 BYOD SIMs and put them into the phones. When I used one of the phones to call 611, the automated system asked what I was calling about, I said "Porting". It asked if it was a new or existing request. Whether I replied "New" or "Existing", it wanted to transfer me to "an expert who can help" and I got put on hold. How do you select the option to do the porting in yourself, if that's possible?

Did you give the number or asked directly is visible port in qualify fot the promo? Better to give the number and ask if eligible.

I did message on fb messenger with porting details and told replace temp number and closed the chat as they won't reply quickly. Both the remaining lines were ported in an hour. You don't have to wait for there reply. I just gave all the info and was busy with my work. No support fees if you do with them. They also gave me bill credits for the instore one since I was sprint customer had to do one line there.

you guys are opening new accounts and 4 lines as extra lines just for profit? Or actually switching to tmobile? if just for profit, do you guys plan to dump the lines after a month or two once the rebates comes through?
Hmmm... I am now even more afraid to admit to my true reasons. laugh out loud But yes, I am already looking into ways to port-out my numbers once this is all done. Tracfone? H20? Other options? Anyone has any solid recommendations?

Don't meant to scare ya lol. Rather getting inspiration from you Big Grin Stick Out Tongue

So, you as an individual will have like 5 phone numbers?
I'm just trying to get an idea if it's okay to have so many numbers or does it have any red flags.

Only four (that's the maximum number of lines that are allowed to be processed under the rebate). I am the owner of the account; not sure if Tmobile cares about anything else. I don't think I am going to be flagged. Banned from opening another Tmobile account in a near future - sure, maybe but there is a very small chance I will jump at the something like that through Tmobile in the near future.

I looked around and I couldn't figure out a way to do it without interacting with a T-Mobile rep. I did the port with a rep over the phone and it was pretty painless.

Numberbarn has been mentioned as a cheap option to park a phone number if that's what you're looking to do.

To those who already have T-Mobile account with one or more working lines, and ordered SIM(s) to port one or more numbers and received it/them via mail: do you remember exactly the steps you went through?

You need to call 800-789-3106 to start the porting. Besides SIM card number (or the temporary phone number), T-Mobile PIN number, phone number to be ported, account number and PIN (originating carrier), did you have to provide anything else?

It seems a credit card number might be required to validate and activate the SIM, did you have to provide that? In the same call you did to start porting the number or afterwards?

Thanks for any help.
They asked for CC# for valuation but for some reason 2 cards I gave them didn't work. I then decided to use the T-Mo app and they were able to port the number with zero issues and no CC#.

I was able to place an order using T-force on FB yesterday. I used a number that was with Sprint until July end but with a different account that was also with Sprint till early July. This was the same number I tried to use for insider hook-up and it took me to sprint login page. They said if I am able to create the account, the number will be eligible for BYOD offer. Placed order for 4 lines with $43 sim charges that they have promised to credit back once my account is opened. Now waiting for sim cards as they did ground shipping.
