Thanks. I added a free line on 9/24 and then SIM was in transit for 9 days. So i activated another SIM instead of the one that was shipped. Since then, auto pay discount has been messed up on that line or one of the lines. Wondering if that happened to you as well. I am calling them later this morning or early afternoon. This is my free line so I don't want them to mess anything up. thx
Exactly same issue with my autopay. I scheduled store visit tomorrow to discuss with my wife's billing issue and planning to check with the store rep for my autopay issue too. Also you can see the difference in applied discounts between two accounts since both were opened at store at same time. Mad

Applied discounts on my account: For four lines $117.00/mo

$10 AutoPay Discount

$24 New TMO Insider Voice 20%

$20 2020 Line On Us 2

Applied discounts on my wife's account: $112/month for four lines.

$10 AutoPay Discount

$24 New TMO Insider Voice 20%

$25 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
$4 New TMO Insider Voice 20% (Additional Lines)
$5 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)

I am checking the rebate status and on that page the promotion date range shows 9/1 through 9/30. I signed up Tmobile lines on 10/1. Not sure if these rebates will be honored.

I think both should be like this.

$10 AutoPay Discount ---> Lines 1, 2

$24 New TMO Insider Voice 20% ---> 20% of $120 for Lines 1, 2

$10 AutoPay Discount ---> Lines 3, 4

$20 2020 Line On Us 2 ---> Line 3 is free

$4 New TMO Insider Voice 20% --> 20% of $20 Line 4 = $4

$140 (with 3rd line free) - 28 insider discount = $112 after Autopay.

I just spoke to TMob rep. One of the lines (not the free line I added recently) had AutoPay removed. The rep corrected it. Hopefully it will show up on my discount and promos section tomorrow.

Can you post a screenshot of what you see? This is what I see for a rebate that I submitted.

nice to see others having the same autopay issue and seems like an easy fix via call. i was hoping it would correct itself. when i did a double port, same thing happened to me, but auto resolved after 48HRS. but for me, i lost autopay and the 3rd line free discounts. made me think about various scenarios and how that would happen. im assuming the system somehow thinks the old number after a port is a cancellation. luckily for me, system auto fixed. but im glad you were able to call and get that resolved easily.

you must be looking at something wrong. promo periods are clearly outlined. which promo are you looking at? this promo isnt from 9/1 through 9/30. are you looking at sprint? costco?

OP is probably looking at something else and is confused. there has been no reports of a glitch in the promo date range within the tracker. even if there was, i wouldnt even worry because the promo period has been well documented and its not something TMO can change suddenly without customer backlash.

Excellent calculation. Repped. I didn't aware. You are correct. 112/month for four lines is valid one. I chatted with the rep from app, she said it will be applied on the bill which is not correct. All reps are same Confused

I had seen the date range 9/17 to 9/30 some place, which is a day off from the 9/18 to 10/1 at most places. But your earlier post said 9/1 to 9/30 which made me wonder if you were looking at the same promotion.

exactly. i was confused as well, but if we are talking about the same promo then the submission date of 10/01 is fine. this tracker must be a glitch. promo name matches so i dont think its a different promo. if OP is denied, escalation should be very easy. plenty of screenshots in this thread to show clear terms.

New line order submitted on 9/24 but SIM is still in transit :-(. I activated through eSIM and requested for refund for that SIM cost of $10 to T-M chat support. She processed the adjustment and it is credited on my account now.

If you are waiting for SIM to receive and you activated through eSIM, you can request for SIM refund.
Did you activate eSIM online, or had to visit the store? I chated with Rep, chat rep asked me to call the Help desk, when called helpdesk then asked to visit the store for eSIM.

If you have T-Mobile app, log in and chat. The rep will get you going doesn't have to go to store.
