Updated by Tuxedo1 on 11/2:
Transfer the rewards to bank account:
You need to delete the bank details from the card once you initiated the bank transfer. If you delete the bank details, you can use the same routing and ac number in other cards without any error message.
Rule -
1. Add bank details --> Initiate bank transfer --> Delete Bank details --> Redeem other cards.
2. Repeat #1.
You can make all transfer one by one at same day and no need to wait for credit.

Sprint customer are not eligible to port in through online. It will require store visit but success from store is highly YMMV.
Costco $100 offer is not stackable with this offer. Thanks Grouchy16 for Costco confirmation.
Not only is it not stackable, I have more information:
ATTENTION:
I have some very very crucial information
The $250 dollar promotion, doesn't qualify at all if activated via any national retail. Costco, Best Buy, Walmart etc

https://promotions.t-mobile.com/?...00&irgwc=1
Hope this helps
After you received your SIM cards:
1. Called the Number Transfer Center (Porting dept) at 877-789-3106 to transfer in your numbers (replacing the temp numbers associated with the SIM cards). If you are put on hold for more than 10 minutes, hang up and move to step 2.
2. Pop one of the SIM cards in an unlocked phone. (You should be able to make calls and send/receive text messages with the temp. number linked to the SIM card).
3. Create a T-Mobile ID with the temp number in (2). (You would be verified with your e-mail address and also verification code sent to the temp. number).
4. Get onto FaceBook Messenger. Send a request to the T-Mobile team to transfer in my 4 AT&T numbers. You would be verified through a link to sign in with your T-Mobile ID created in (3).
5. Once verified, a T-Force team member would come on board and help you port in your numbers.
6. Log on to T-Mobile.com with your email address and password (the temp number used in step (3) would not be needed).
7. Confirm your 4 numbers are in your T-Mobile account!
Note: Folks have done visible (chat with t-force on Twitter/ FB messengers they will confirm your number as it will come up a vzw) .. keep record of that chat
Porting your numbers after receiving and cashing out the prepaid virtual cards.
There are several options:
1. Numberbarn [numberbarn.com] - $7 (port-in fee $5 + monthly charge $2)
2. H2O [h2owireless.com] - $1. See post hpham_53's post on how to avoid paying min $10 monthly plan. Now need to wait 5 days before porting out.
3. Tello [tello.com] - $5

I bought 2 iPhone SE 2020 for $200 off each, a one plus 8 for $350 off and a iPhone 11 for $700 off with eligible port in plus trading in a iPhone 8. So most people on Slickdeals told me I would not get both Promo. Anyways I just checked on rebate status yesterday and I was approved for all 4 rebates and it said mailing date was 9-17. I'm pretty stoked about this deal.

the screenshots in my prior post makes it very clear:
https://slickdeals.net/f/14353982-t-mobile-byod-activate-new-line-of-service-port-in-a-number-get-25...
Applied discounts and promotions:
$10 AutoPay Discount
$24 New TMO Insider Voice 20%
$20 2020 3rd Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
$20 AutoPay Discount (Additional Lines)
$8 New TMO Insider Voice 20% (Additional Lines)
$20 2020 Line On Us 2 (Additional Lines)
Plan is $128 for 6 lines.
One thing that did change in the last few days is Monthly total. It went up by $146. Not sure why. 2 lines are using BYOD, whereas other 4 lines are using devices that have promo and are free after monthly credits. The bill should come out Friday that should confirm what is going on.
I decided to play it safe and go the non-ebay ATT route (Post Paid/non-MVNO). I'm porting from Cricket to ATT and then from ATT to TMO a couple days later. Waiting on the ATT SIMs to arrive in the mail (No activation or SIM charge). I figure if I have the ATT service active for a week during the port process, it'll be a prorated cost of like $35, which is worth it for the end result.
Also, I think I can use the TMO SIMs with the temporary numbers for the 4 lines once I start the Critcket-ATT-TMO port process. This will allow my family members out of state to at least have phone service during the transition.
So in the end, should get close to $1000, plus I did the 4 free S20 FE phones (24 month requirement) and snagged four $70 Samsung credits. TMO service is $107 for 5 lines including the upgraded Netflix. Definitely a step up from the abusive relationship I was having with Cricket.
also, your TMO accounts are all open and ready right? if so, you should be able to use them on your unlocked cricket devices already. but did you order everything online combined with the TMO device promos sent to one address? not sure how your out of state family would have access to the TMO SIMs, but just have a backup strategy in case your double port method has problems. lines may get lost or stay pending for awhile. just be careful.
thats an interesting approach, but how did you get ATT post paid without activation or SIM fees? also, did they run a credit check? if not, i can see how this strategy would work. otherwise, its just a headache to open a temp post paid account for this promo.

i think youre OK. you see all your promos listed online within your profile screen right? if so, youre good. you can take a screenshot just in case there are future issues or your promo lines get removed.

For ATT, I must have gotten lucky with the timing. They were running a promo on their site that waived activation and SIM fees for signing up online. During the online process, they requested my social but stated the check wouldn't impact my credit. Not sure how true that is, but I'm not too worried about it.
All TMO accounts are open and active and I mailed the TMO SIM cards to the family last week. They already have them and are just waiting for me to tell them when to put them in. Now I just need to get the ATT SIMs so I can complete the ports. I'll probably follow up with a call to Cricket just to close things out and have a few last words. Otherwise, it'd be like breaking up over a text or just by having a friend (ATT Port Lady) call for me.

great to see the activation and SIMs fees waived, but are you talking about their $250 BYOD promo? that promo also waived fees. not sure if that was your original plan for the ATT postpaid, get the $250 BYOD then switch to TMO. also, im certain they ran your credit, but its YMMV. sometimes its softpull. youre not too concerned so thats fine.
just be sure to have a quick backup plan ready if the ports are not successful. you dont want to miss the rebate deadline.

I'm not sure the exact steps but it went something like this:
Once you receive the giftcards and go to redeem them, there is a banner up top that has an option to withdraw the funds. T-mobile did say reach out to them if there are any questions so just want wanted to let you guys know that this is possible to do.
In a perfect world, I would be able to get paid my $250 BYOD deal and trade in and get the credits for the iPhone 12 Pro Max.
If the prepaid card gets approved after 1 month, I'd be able to sign up for the new iPhone 12 pro max on Nov 6.
Not sure if it'll be 6-8 weeks like they said.
Anyone think my plan will work?

The ATT $250 BYOD offer was present/available when I signed up, but they have similar requirements regarding keeping the service active for a specified period of time, which means I wouldn't be able to complete the ports to TMO within the 30 days. I guess this could have been a potentially good opportunity to do the churning you previously mentioned...possibly could have did the ebay ATT ports to get the TMO BYOD promo and kept the four numbers active on ATT until I got their BYOD promo.
Thanks again for all your help!
When I did the previous T-mo BYOD $200 deal in April this year, the card was issued by Sunrise Bank and it had an option to transfer the balance to a checking account at no charge. MetaBank is the bank that issued the Sprint BYOD/referral cards and there's no option to withdraw to a bank account. I don't know if T-mo now decides to use MetaBank or the ad writer copied the info from a Sprint promotion.
