Not trying to poop on this deal but it is a 20' rope, so you only have 10 ' of rope on each side. I use a much longer one and don't believe 10' on each side would give you much of a workout. You want to make it look like a rolling sine wave and 10' seems a bit too short to do this properly.
Don't eat it, you'll be ok.

Forgot to mention if you want to get some battle ropes on the cheap, contact your fire dept and ask if they have spent hose. Then tape the ends or thread them through about six inches of PVC pipe in the diameter that suits your handsize. That's my current set up.

I feel like I see that warning on almost everything, and I am in Ohio. According to California, everything is trying to harm or kill you. Not saying the warnings aren't accurate, but I don't know how to not be in contact with half of these items because that warning is seemingly everywhere except organic produce.

And yet people wonder why cancer is so prevalent. Yes most mass produced things have chemicals that are known to cause cancer. I for one would rather know this up front so I can wash my hands afterwards and not touch my face rather than thinking it's all safe and staying ignorant

It's on literally everything made in or potentially sold in California. Prop 65 is a joke.

It's a joke because it informs you that products you are buying have chemicals that have been confirmed in lab settings to cause health issues? They're not banning them, CA simply requires manufacturers label accordingly so you know up front. Guess you'd rather keep using toxic products without knowing. How's the asbestos, lead paint and talcum powder going for your family?

Anyone find a better way to anchor these down?
from the description: "Improved coordination, agility, speed, endurance, increased calorie consumption, increased strength. PAPABABE gym battle rope helps you to do strength exercises and exercise body parts such as abdomen, arms, shoulders, and enhance physical flexibility Sex and coordination."

That's right, this will improve sex. Just buy it and ask questions later.

I'm a merchant mariner and get to throw lines all day. Get you a good nylon rope and wet it, you'll feel the weight resistance add up quickly.

When the label is on everything, the label is a waste.

Items that contain BPA and DEHP usually contain Dihydrogen Monoxide (DHMO) as well. It's been proven that if you inhale too much DHMO, you can die. It's also known as hydric acid and is a major component of acid rain, it contributes to environmental erosion, and is found in tumors of deceased people. Nasty stuff.
I realize youre trying to be funny but the prop 65 chemical warning is a serious question

Says in the description "This product can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol A (BPA) which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm and Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."

I know Californians are used to seeing this warning but I'm not from California so it kinda freaks me out from buying things with these warnings
Everything that can potentially be sold in California has to have this label it meaningless now

I ended up getting this one instead:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0892S2345

$59 for a 30' rope with 1.5" diameter. Has heavier duty rubber grips, nylon cover for the rope.

Hadn't heard of battle ropes until now and honestly the name seems kind of dumb but after watching some workouts on YouTube it seems like a great way to get some fast cardio with low risk of injury and won't take up as much room as most cardio workout equipment.

Description says "Anchor NOT Included". Was anchor included when you purchased?
