Not trying to poop on this deal but it is a 20' rope, so you only have 10 ' of rope on each side. I use a much longer one and don't believe 10' on each side would give you much of a workout. You want to make it look like a rolling sine wave and 10' seems a bit too short to do this properly.
Don't eat it, you'll be ok.
Or buy two?

Are these too slick to use as climbing ropes?

Description says "Anchor NOT Included". Was anchor included when you purchased?
Quote from akSanders :
That link does NOT include the anchor for the rope.
Thanks for the correction. I guess it wasn't? Hard to tell. All the reviews mention it but I can't remember if it was in the title or not at the time.

Still seems like a decent deal for what it is, and the 30' length seems a lot more useful than the 20' in the OP.

Seriously though, I bought a Chinese-sourced climbing harness that smelled like a toxic waste dump. Maybe it wasn't dangerous, but it's been over a year and it still smells bad. I've never used it because I wouldn't trust my life to a company that holds their employees and supply chain in such low regard that they'd expose them to that smell.
You cheaped out on a climbing safety harness? yikes.

Was about to jump on this and return later if it didn't look good, but then watched a ton of youtube battle rope buying guides and the majority of them say don't get a battle rope less than 40' because you'll outgrow them in no time.

Here's the most concise video on rope selection and seems to sum up the points the other ones did nicely. I'm going to be looking for a 40' 1.5" for use in my basement versus the 2" so the whole family can use them if they want and it won't be too difficult.

Worst case scenario, I can always use it for a clothesline and give my stationary bike a rest from drying my clothes.

How many battles is this rope rated to last for?

Says in the description "This product can expose you to chemicals including Bisphenol A (BPA) which is known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm and Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate (DEHP) which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."

I know Californians are used to seeing this warning but I'm not from California so it kinda freaks me out from buying things with these warnings
Basically anything that has not been tested to prove it is free of the prop chems must show the warning. Which makes the warning useless as many companies just put the warning on and ignore the stupidity.

Seems the price of exercise equipment has peaked and may be inching down. This looks like a good deal once you reach the free shipping threshold.

This looks like a piece of rope.

How do Battle ropes compare to Gronkowskis Inertia Wave? Anyone try them?

Or you could just go to Lowe's or Home Depot and cut off a length of rope from their spool for a fraction of the cost.

In 1.5" or 2" sizes? Locally it's hard to find much over 1/2".
