I have one of these right next to my wyze cam and have been comparing it for about 2 weeks now. The picture quality (especially at night) is in another league from the wyze. Another thing I have noticed is it does a much better job at motion detection. Two nights in a row now the Eufy has caught a cat coming onto our deck and left an alert, while the Wyze cam did nothing.
Much better picture than wyze

Interesting that its still on sale... so far its been pretty solid for me... assuming they actually get to last at least a few years...

I'm starting to wonder how cheap/reliable the internal components are going to be.

I have had these for 3 months and they have been solid. The pan tilt model is much better if you want a larger area of coverage.

is it just that it has a wider angle lens than this, or that you can move it around?

For example, My front yard is wider than the view on this so occasionally I will pan to see what a noise is down the street but the real benefit is being able to rotate it 360 so that I can see the inside of the house if needed and still not face it there all the time.

I use these for the garage and other places where panning doesn't benefit

The night difference is insane. The daytime difference is very noticeable especially at distance. The biggest benefit is looking through history. With wyze it sucks soooo bad times don't match up and takes forever. With these it is much better. Still not perfect

wyze is 1080p, eufy is 2k and the difference is noticeable during daytime and in particular low light condition. but what makes the difference is the Ai. eufy Ai is on the camera and is free and fast, wyze has no Ai on the camera and needs to load video to it's servers for Ai processing that is way it's slow and it's not free.
