Yes, tiny text looks poorer due to the lower resolution and noticeable coming from a s8 through s20. Make sure you are happy with such a screen.

I've had an open request to T-Force since 4a when I placed my pre-order for the device. I would have expected them to have something up by now.
I have dealt with trying to get monthly credits when terms aren't clear and it is like pulling teeth. If what you say is somehow true it is very YMMV.
