Divided by 89 servings.
The price is low for Amazon (usually ~$28/1 bag) but when buying food products from Amazon where expiration dates of stock can vary and quality of packaging matters, I would rather buy from a more established third party sellers.

Warning. I take perfect, consistent Dole whip seriously:
Measure 4.5oz dry Dole whip powder (weight it, scoops are inaccurate) to 2 cups tap water makes 4 generous servings.
For perfect consistency: Fully whip the powder into the water and set in fridge for at least one hour. Run ice cream machine for about 15 minutes before you run the batch to let the compressor run and so the machine is nice and cool (you're reducing ice build up in the mix by starting with cold but not frozen mix going into the pre-chilled machine).
Pour in the mix and run it for about 24 minutes or until the Dole whip is completely stuck to the Dasher so it isn't mixing at all any more (you'll hear the difference).
Pull the canister out, most Dole whip will stick to the Dasher. Move the Dasher into a nice big bowl and spoon off the Dasher into the bowl. What's stuck in the canister use a spatula to remove. Eat right away.
