Is this correct?

While it has gone down to this $399 maybe once or twice before, I don't know if it will go any lower, if a new model then comes out and they have any leftover stock of these yet. It seems the $399 is the base line. I haven't tracked pricing on previous versions under similar circumstances.

Anyone know if the bands will work on Sprint as well, since TMobile and Sprint merged?

My guess is that as long as Sprint uses their bands, this phone won't work on Sprint until they shut them down and everyone is required to move over to T-Mobile's towers which I understand is the plan.

No, won't work with Sprint. I have this phone. I had signed up for Sprint but the data wouldn't connect or stay connected. After a lot of hassling with Sprint CS, I gave up and ported out to T-Mobile.
