They come individually packaged from the looks of it like legitimate medical gauze pads etc., Just plan on using it in case I fly/travel instead of surgical masks. Will give an update once I receive them and can compare to a 3M N95 medical mask I have.

Fit wise, it's not bad, but definitely not as secure as the 3M N95 on my face at least. There's a possibility tiny tiny gap/leak on the sides if you exhale really hard. Think it's just due to the fact that it's ear loops and not the double full head strap kind of design, so it's a trade-off of comfort vs tightness.
Breathing is a bit easier than the 3M N95, but I'm not sure if that's due to the kinda crow looking design which gives a larger pocket of breathing/air and that it's less tight on the face.
Overall, kind of as expected and better than a surgical mask, but not as good as a 3M N95.
They do come individually packaged/sealed as described with a QC certificate for each one if that matters

It was mainly noticeable if I exhaled extremely hard, the air would force itself out the sides. Breathing normally, I didn't really notice.
Could be my face shape/size, but I think it's just the fact that it isn't as structured and rigid.
