I bought their watch after my fitbit broke. I returned it and replaced it with previous fitbit. I can't remember why, must have been the app or data they tracked was not as good.

That sucks, but that wasn't my experience. Mine started lasting less than 3 days on a charge, and they just sent me a replacement refurb immediately. Didn't even make me return my original one. So it seems like it's an inconsistent CS experience.

Interested in knowing this as well. I have no interest in Oura ring as the ring is useless without a $6/month subscription. Rinconn doesn't need such subscription so wondering the comparison between Amazfit and rinconn. I have Amazfit watches and I am really happy with those.
