True. The Prime day unit was also only RGB, this one is ARGB for those that care about the bling!

That being said, outside of aesthetics, how does one justify spending $110+ on a AIO when there are only minute or no actual improvements in cooling when compared to a premium air cooler or an AIO that's $40-75? Isn't the money better spent on the next tier CPU, B-Die ram, Gold rated PSU etc?

Speaking of the pump, these AIOs feature 3rd Generation dual-chamber pumps. This design separates hot and cold coolant into separate chambers to enhance overall efficiency.

To go with this upgraded pump design, Cooler Master has included a newly polished motor and reinforced sealing to prevent leaks. In all, this should be one of the quietest, yet powerful and reliable pumps from Cooler Master to date.
The MasterLiquid ML Mirror series also comes with new radiators, with a 16 percent increase in coolant passages and increased surface area to enhance heat dissipation.

Hey bud, will that cpu cooler work with asus am4 tuf gaming x570-plus mobo? I used parts picker and it said No issues or incompatibilities found but I don't see mounting bracket holes on the back of the mobo to mount the cpu cooler.

As long as it says AM4 it'll work for x570 which is Amd Ryzen. It comes with adapters.

Yes it says am4 and I'm running a 7 3700x. Only thing is no holes on back board for mounting brackets. Their are already mounting brackets on the board but look to narrow for the coolers brackets.

Nvm, it works. Just read a reddit post about same board and cpu cooler. Also is the cooler simple to install? Just mount, thermal paste and plug in?

Yea I believe you take off the brackets that came with the motherboard and use the brackets included with the cooler master.

I've never had an AIO or any water cooled system but from what I've seen on Gamers Nexus, a good larger AIO (280 or 360) are 6-10c cooler at load than even a high-end air coolers like nh-d15. Now if the extra cost is justified for that is up to the user. I live in a warm climate and I'm thinking of switching over to a AIO for my next build to get a little better performance.

Air flow means almost nothing if you have a mini-itx build with minimal air space. And no, radiator fans are different than the ones thats specifically made for air flow.

This is a 280mm AIO, not just a run-of-the-mill 120 or 240, though....
